Getting started

Simply reach out via our contact page or email us at connectspaceage@outlook.com. We will schedule a discovery call to understand your goals, timeline and budget — then send you a detailed proposal within 48 hours.

The more context the better — but even a rough idea is enough to start. Useful things to have: a sense of your budget range, your target launch date, your industry and target audience, and any websites you admire. We will handle the rest.

Absolutely — startups and growing businesses are our primary focus. We understand the constraints and pressures of early-stage businesses and we price and structure our projects accordingly.

Pricing & payment

Website costs vary significantly based on scope, complexity, and your goals. Rather than standard pricing, we focus on delivering maximum value for your investment. The best way to get an accurate quote is to reach out for a free consultation — we'll discuss your needs and provide a tailored proposal that fits your business.

We typically work with a 50% deposit upfront to begin the project, with the remaining 50% due on final delivery. For larger projects we can structure milestone-based payments. All payment terms are clearly outlined in your project agreement.

Yes, for larger projects we can discuss structured payment plans. Reach out and we will find an arrangement that works for your business.

Process & timeline

A landing page typically takes 1-2 weeks. A full business website takes 3-6 weeks. A complex web application can take 8-16 weeks. Timelines depend on scope, feedback speed, and content readiness. We will give you a realistic timeline in your proposal.

We follow a 4-step process: Discovery (understanding your goals and audience), Design (crafting your visual direction), Build (developing the site with clean code), and Launch (deployment, testing, and handover). You are involved at every stage.

This depends on the project package. Most projects include 2-3 rounds of revisions at the design stage and 1-2 at the development stage. Additional revisions can be added at an hourly rate. We work collaboratively from the start to minimise back-and-forth.

Your main responsibilities are: providing content (text, images, logos) by the agreed deadline, giving timely feedback at review stages, and approving milestones before we move forward. The more responsive you are, the faster we deliver.

Technical

We primarily build with Next.js and React for web projects. For styling we use SCSS and Tailwind CSS. For animations we use GSAP and Framer Motion. We deploy on Vercel for optimal performance. The stack is always chosen based on your project requirements.

Every website we build is fully responsive and optimised for all screen sizes — mobile, tablet, and desktop. Mobile experience is never an afterthought — we design for mobile first.

Yes. Performance and SEO are built into everything we do. We optimise for Core Web Vitals, ensure fast load times, and structure your content and metadata for search engines. We also handle sitemap and robots.txt setup.

Yes. If your project includes a CMS (content management system) like Sanity or Contentful, you will be able to update content without touching code. We also provide documentation and a handover session so you feel confident managing your site.

We deploy all projects to Vercel which provides fast, reliable, and scalable hosting. We help you set up your account and connect your domain. Hosting costs are separate and typically minimal — Vercel's free tier covers most small to medium sites.

After launch

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support packages. Whether it is content updates, bug fixes, performance monitoring, or adding new features — we are available as a long-term partner, not just a one-time vendor.

We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty on all projects. If anything breaks due to our code during that period, we fix it at no charge. After that, support is available through our maintenance packages.

Absolutely. Website redesigns are one of our most common projects. We audit your existing site, identify what is and is not working, and build a better version that preserves your SEO equity while dramatically improving design and performance.
