1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the services of SpaceAge Digital Services ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SpaceAge Digital Services provides web design, web development, UI/UX design, landing page creation, and web application development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
3. Project agreements
All projects require a signed proposal or agreement before work commences. This will include:
- Detailed scope of work and deliverables
- Project timeline and milestones
- Payment schedule and amounts
- Number of revision rounds included
- Ownership and licensing terms
4. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Generally:
- A deposit is required before project work begins
- Remaining payments are due at agreed milestones
- Final deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment
- Late payments may incur additional charges
All invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
6. Client responsibilities
To ensure timely project delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing all required content, assets, and information promptly
- Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring all provided content does not infringe third-party rights
- Maintaining necessary accounts and access credentials
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
7. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for their project. SpaceAge Digital Services retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or software used in the project remain subject to their respective licences.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation continues after the project is completed.
9. Limitation of liability
SpaceAge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
10. Warranties and representations
SpaceAge warrants that our work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased traffic, sales, or rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment for all work completed to date
- SpaceAge will provide all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payment
- Deposits are non-refundable unless SpaceAge is in breach of the agreement
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
13. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
